Wrecking Crew

Still frantically typing away, radio silence nearly lifted...

Meanwhile, watch Tom Frank drive around My Fair City and talk about his new book, The Wrecking Crew... I'm particularly amused by the ritzy neighborhood where a security goon throws him out.

The perils of being over-excited: I jumped straight to Amazon, then realised it wasn't 60's-musician-related.

I really like your fountain there. That truck, however, needs to be updated...

Neddie, Nice to meet you! By way of introduction I am a decendant of John Axline and possibly a neighbor if you still live near dearly departed "#3". Reference you Dec.05 blog. Regarding the headstone for John Axline. I found him here quite by chance, who would have thought to find him here? We have looked for some time to find dear John. Rumors have taken us around. He is a revered hero in our family tree. Could you share with us where he might be? Respectfly Olgrymar

Uh, maybe I'm being dense, but could someone tell me who the $(*&# gave anyone the right to prohibit you from shooting film from inside your car on a PUBLIC ROAD?

Olgrymar -- please contact me offline at hbsherwood at mac dot com. Not quite sure exactly what you're looking for, but you should check out the Loudoun County Cemetery Database

Mr. Jingo:

I put this comment here hoping that you would see it, I hope you won't mind.

I am asking that you might be kind enough be able to answer a few questions about the terrain over Short Hill Mountain. You haven't listed an email address so kindly, you might send me a quick email to chamgreen102@gmail.com so I can pose my questions. I'm a hiker and desire to visit Short Hill Mountain in 3 weeks. Thank you very much for your consideration.
