LOL Dylan looks a li'l youngish there. Maybe an OD of Dorian Gray flakes on the fried chikkin?

Putanesca sauce has salty anchovies.

(In what movie was Cher slapped by her father, while he yelled, "Putana diablo!"? I think I was the only one in the theater who unnerstood him)

And since nobody gives a damn about meatballs ('cept you'n me, obviously), I am a product of the Sicilian over-saucing over-cheesing cohort who firmly believes that oregano, in massive quantities (a la pizza), belongs in the meatballs as well as the sauce (sugo, a word that Frank Sinatra taught me in his fading years. My gramma pronounced it "Succo" and basta {the Siciliano version of Pasta} succo was a Sunday/Wednesday tradition).

However, I do not always make putanesca sauce, so I will definitely try Dylan's saltines ('specially on chikkin).

Damn, Nedly, you ARE connected. Chef Wars with Dylan sounds like a new reality show.

Anybody know who Rebbe Ginsberg is talking to in that clip?

That's Dylan crony Bob Neuwirth, who was all over the D. A. Pennebaker film "Don't Look Back," from which that "Subterranean Homesick Blues" vid is taken. And I've only just now come to realize (forehead slap) that the title "Don't Look Back" refers to The Orpheus Myth... Live (long enough) and learn...
